The package includes a receiver collar, remote control, test light, USB charger, dual-head USB charging cable, 2 silicone prong sets, a portable toolbox, and a user manual. The warranty period is 24 months, and you can access brand support through the user manual and product package.

The collar is remote-controlled and does not respond automatically. It is possible to order an extra collar to work with the existing remote, as one remote can control up to two collars. If you don't want to use shock, you don't need to install the contact points and metal sheets. It's recommended not to have your dog wear the collar for more than 8 hours a day and to reposition the collar every 2 hours to avoid skin irritation.
